Take home 5 unusual and whimsical indoor plants. In this new and exciting class, Allen Beeler from Little Valley Nursery will share his passion for houseplants that you may not have heard of before. Lipstick plant? Goldfish plant? Count me in! Each plant has different light and water requirements which he will explain during the class to ensure your plants thrive. These plants will add beauty to any home while filtering and purifying the air you breathe. Learn the secrets of successfully making houseplants part of your life.
Each $35 ticket will include five exotic 4 inch potted plants to take home and a glass of wine. During the class, Allen will tell you all about each plant and answer any questions you may have. Leave with the knowledge you need to grow and show off your unique plants for years to come. Tickets must be purchased in advance by calling (865)745-2902 or by following the ticket link.
Drink specials include a glass of wine for $5.25, a wine slushie for $6.50 or a glass of hard apple cider for $5.25. The class will be held outside, under our tent. This event is rain or shine. All materials, instruction and a glass of wine are included in the ticket price. Tickets must be purchased in advance. Please bring a valid ID. Any participant under the age of 21 or without a valid ID is welcome but will receive a glass of grape juice during the class. Local meat and cheese trays as well as additional glasses of wine, slushies, and ciders are available for purchase during the class. Arrive at least 30 minutes early for a $4 wine tasting to try 8 of our wines and choose your favorites.
