(Off the Rack, Formal, Sunday Best, Baby Doll, Semi Glitz or Custom)

Festival Wear: Anything goes! Think along the lines of celebrating/representing the history of East Tennessee, Folk Life, and Appalachian culture. This category is meant to be fun! Be creative and think outside of the box. It could be as simple as wearing the pageant colors Black and Gold or Tennessee colors.

Optional Division Sides awards: $10

(Prettiest eyes, best hair, best personality & best dressed)
