Learn how to use the pottery wheel can create some ceramics of your very own!

This workshop will take place on May 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 from 6pm to 9pm at the LMU Center for the Arts in Cumberland Gap, Tennessee.

Have you ever wanted to create pottery of your very own? Then this is the workshop for you! In this workshop you will learn the basics of using a pottery wheel, shaping clay, and more! Join Belle Blake, an Artist and current LMU student, as she teaches participants how to use clay and a clay wheel. This 5-day workshop is for all skill levels. Working with clay gets a little messy, so please come in clothes that can get dirty in or that you are okay with getting clay on. Come make some pottery and learn new techniques with this workshop. *Please note that your pieces will take a few weeks to dry and get finalized. If you are interested in glazing/ painting your own pieces that you throw, please contact Grace Mahieu to be signed up for that workshop. *

This workshop will be held in person at the LMU Center for the Arts in Cumberland Gap, Tennessee. This workshop is for participants ages 18 years old and up. Scholarships are available.
