The parade will start at the entrance of Arthur on US HWY 63 , and it will end at the first parking lot next to the Harrogate city park. Participants can register at First Century Bank in Harrogate or at the Mayor’s office in Harrogate. There is no entry fee floats and for more information contact first century bank or the mayors office. Parade starts at 1 o’clock on December 2 come early and park along the side the road so you can enjoy watching the floats. You’ll also get to say you participated in the very first Christmas parade in Harrogate, Tennessee.
