Join Harlan Tourism for their 4th Fest in downtown Harlan on Monday, July 4th! The festivities will begin at 9AM with the annual Red, White, and Zoom 5k hosted by the Harlan County Cross Country team followed by activities from 4PM-10PM that night! The event will conclude with a display of fireworks that night lighting up our incredible mountains!

We will be announcing music acts, parade, vendors, and much more as the date draws closer.
