Narrow Ridge is launching its 30th anniversary year with an open house of the recently renovated Strawbale Lodge with expanded housing capacity, kitchen facilities, and solar power capabilities, plus a tour of some of the other interesting elements of the Narrow Ridge community including the Natural Burial Preserve, labyrinth, Mac Smith Resource Center, and model off-grid home. Several individuals who have contributed their time and talents to make the significant upgrades will be recognized. Finger food and music will be provided. Tour options include less walking about if you so choose. If you've been to Narrow Ridge but not lately, prepare to be amazed at the improvements!
The celebration will be primarily an outdoor event (outside of Strawbale Lodge, 375 New Harvest Road, Washburn, TN ~ approximately an hour from Knoxville). Tours of Strawbale Lodge and other facilities will be provided for small groups at a time. Bring your mask and enjoy the festivities!
