At 4 pm Father & Mother Christmas will be in Festival Park on Colwyn Ave to greet and welcome families to the Lighting of the Christmas tree. There will Also be caroling and Mother Christmas will read The Night Before Christmas for the children’s enjoyment. Everyone is welcome
