All of our programming will be held outside with socially distanced guidelines in place. In the event of rain, we will be indoors and masks will be required. Space is limited to be able to offer quality programming and safety for participants.

Come and experience a restorative weekend in one of the most beautiful places in Kentucky. The supportive environment will be facilitated by two women who will lead the 6 programs offered throughout the weekend.

Yoga sessions will be led by Carey Ruff. A yoga student for over 25 years, Carey has two 200 hour yoga certifications from Lexington Healing Arts Academy and has been teaching for ten years. Her classes are suitable for all levels.

Sound exploration will be led by Olivia Immitt. A singer and songwriter, Olivia has a certification for being a facilitator of sound from the Globe Sound Institute of San Francisco and has been teaching sound techniques for the past 5 years. Her classes will explore how sound effects us on a molecular level as well as how to use sound in our everyday lives.
