Cumberland Falls State Resort Park

The Pinnacle Knob Fire Tower will be open on Fridays and Saturdays throughout the summer months from 830 am to 1100 am. Hikers can park at the trail head and hike to the tower to enjoy the view from inside the cabin. A park staff member will be there to explain how they detected wild fires in the early days of fire fighting. The hike is about 1.5 miles round trip and is strenuous in sections. Please bring water and wear good hiking shoes. Insect repellent is recommended.
