Come stretch, sweat, breathe and release with us every Tuesday morning from 9:00 am to 10:15 p.m with yoga instruction from Angela Gibson and every Sunday from 5:00 to 6:15 p.m. with instruction from Debra Dailey.

Synchronize your mind, body and breath with YOGA. Transform exercise from being just another thing to fit into an already busy schedule into something that allows you to really connect with and become mindful of what you are doing for your body.  All levels of fitness and flexibility benefit with this type of exercise. Yoga helps reduce stress, improve core strength and balance, and increase strength and flexibility while teaching how to use breath to calm the body and mind. This class can be tailored to each individual’s ability level.  

Wear loose, comfortable clothing.  It’s a good idea to wear layers on cool mornings so you can shed them as your body warms up. You’ll need a yoga/pilates mat (or any other non-slip rug or mat).  Bring a towel to wipe your brow and some water to rehydrate your body.

Yoga will be held on our outdoor stage just up from the Mac Smith Resource Center when weather is favorable to outdoor yoga. We will meet in the Mac Smith Resource Center on especially cool or rainy days.
