Cove Lake State Park

Join Ranger Wray for a guided kayak tour of beautiful Cove Lake. During the fun 2 hour tour, you will learn many different aspects of the lake that you may not have known. Be sure to bring water to carry with you. Fee is $15.00 per person.

Registration fee is refundable if cancelled 15 or more days prior to event date or if cancelled by park staff due to thunder/lightning on the day of event. Fee is non-refundable if cancelled less than 14 days prior to event date. 

Must be 14 years old or older. Children 14-16 years of age must have a parent accompany them.

Unlimited spaces are available to those who have their own kayak! Age limit of 14 and up still applies. No pre-registration is needed but you must stop at the park office the day of the event and pay the daily personal watercraft permit fee before joining the program. Office hours are 8:00am-4:30pm. Daily permit is $8.00 per kayak.
