Jackie & aLex will lead this 3-night silent retreat which is structured with periods of meditation (guided and silent), yoga, qi gong, Feldenkrais-inspired movement, and energy work. You will have abundant time for exploring, walking and taking in the surrounding natural beauty; as well as plenty of time for reading, resting and journaling.The aim of the retreat is for you to discover how richly rewarding your experience in silence can be. Allow yourself to release tensions and limitations and open to your presence.

The retreat will begin with check in Thursday April 12th between 3:30 to 5:30pm. Supper will be served at 5:30pm and the retreat will begin at 6:30pm Thursday evening. The Retreat will end with brunch on Sunday April 15th.
