The Court Appointed Special Advocates organization has served the children and youth of Campbell County, and for 15 years it has hosted a bluegrass concert, auction and fundraiser.

A group of East Tennessee string bands will play at the annual Bluegrass Breakdown at the Ball Farm Event Center in LaFollette on Saturday from 2 p.m. in support of CASA and the neglected children they represent.
