In this class, learn simple every day tools to improve and bring balance on all levels of wellness. Discover, experience and commune with Mother earth and all the elements as we explore ancient healing cultures and connection to multiple layers of consciousness to bring a deep understanding of peace. This will enable you to be more productive, improve your relationships, build self-confidence, improve your health and develop a more positive attitude. We will practice qigong, meditation and build life awareness skills. (21 CEs available for LMTs)
Check in will be at Noon.on Friday December 8th and the program will end by 1:30 p.m. on Sunday. Meals will be vegetarian (but may include eggs and dairy), and are generally gluten-free. Meals include Friday supper through Sunday lunch. Teas, coffee & snacks provided throughout. Cabins (but not Cabinettes) have equipped kitchenettes if you have "special" foods you want to bring.
