Friday, October 6 and Saturday, October 7 are the dates for the 2017 Kingdom Come Swappin' Meetin'/Black Bear Festival on the Cumberland Campus of Southeast Kentucky Community & Technical College. This year's art theme is "Many Mountains, Many Stories". We hope to see you there!
