Narrow Ridge invites you to join us on the hill near the labyrinth and wildflower garden for our Silent Meditation Gathering on Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 pm. The gatherings are intended to be inclusive of people of all faiths as well as those who do not align themselves with a particular faith tradition.
Participants are invited to engage in a sitting or walking meditation or some combination of the two for a period of 45 minutes with a brief reflection reading at the 30-minute mark and a time of open sharing at the 45-minute mark. A different participant provides the reading each week.
