To kick off the Fourth of July celebration in Downtown Harlan be sure to sign up for the Red, White & Zoom! 5K  hosted by Harlan Tourism & Harlan County Track & Field on  Thursday, July 4th, 2019 . The race will begin at 9:00AM at the Harlan Center.

The proceeds from this race will benefit the Harlan County Track & Field.
