 Take advantage of this opportunity to step back from your everyday life and explore forgiveness in a non-judgmental, loving way. This will be a chance to recover from fear-based emotions such as anger, resentment, or guilt through the use of Guided Imagery, yoga and deep breath work. You may not even be aware that you might still be affected by a long past experience involving a person, place or thing that left you with feelings of unworthiness, or abandonment.he retreat check-in begins at 4 pm on Friday August 11th and the retreat will end at 2 pm on Sunday August 13, 2017.

About Kelly: Kelly Hughs is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Bodyworker, Certified Yoga Instructor, Intuitive Structural Body Reader and Educator with twenty-seven years of experience in the field of healing. Kelly created and directed operations at the Palms of Largo Holistic Wellness Center in Largo Florida for six years. Upon relocating to Knoxville, Kelly co-owned and operated The Center of Rehabilitative Education (C.O.R.E.) Massage Institute for twelve years where she taught students the fundamentals of massage and prepared them for the National State Board. Kelly also owned Gold Medal Sports Massage and Core Family Yoga Center where she utilized her skills as both a Sports Therapist and Yoga Instructor to educate her students and client’s on proper body mechanics, combined with the many benefits of Therapeutic Bodywork. Kelly Served as the Director of Clinical Services at Massage Envy Spa @ Northshore located in Knoxville Tennessee and Hamilton Crossings located in Alcoa Tennessee. 
 

The Well Being Retreat Center offers a conducive environment for this event: quiet natural spaces, riverfront location in the mountains of NE Tennessee, climate controlled main event room, and time to walk along the two miles of Powell River frontage which surrounds this 160 acre site.

Cost: $240 to $400 depending on accommodations selected including tuition, lodging, and all meals.
